Kstēokawe Se (Kstēo /ˈkawe/ [milk; semen] [porch; veranda]) is a subtropical Town located in Dlekiqtskhoqutjo Hold, Iēiy̼cèrguqù Provence, within the Tauranian United Provinces.

The name Kstēokawe Se is derived from the Tauric language, as Kstēokawe Se was founded by Bethan Morgan, who was culturaly Tauric.

Climate

Kstēokawe Se has a yearly average temperature of 27°C (80°F), with its average temperature during the summer being a warm 29°C (84°F) and its average temperature during the winter being a pleasant 25°C (77°F). Kstēokawe Se was founded durring the early 18th century in late spring of the year 1712, by Bethan Morgan. The establishment of Kstēokawe Se was plagued by a lack of willing colonists. After attempts to pay people to resettle failed Bethan Morgan struck deals with nearby nations and communities to establish Kstēokawe Se as a prison colony.

Kstēokawe Se was built using the conventions of Tauric durring the early 18th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Kstēokawe Se is no diffrent. The town's buildings feature timber and earth construction, with most buildigns first floors resembling mounds of earth, with subsequent floors appearing as elaborate log cabins, with each building forming a tiered pyramid of sorts fromed from the stack of rectangular, peek roofed cabins. Most wooden bracing, support, and trim is carved with decorative knotwork, and the larger structures even feature painted trim which emphasises the knotwork.

Kstēokawe Se is buildings are arranged within a network of broad baked earthen streets which form a rectangular grid, where each block verries in size given the proximity of the paralell streets forming each section. The ocasional smaller block has been used to construct a park, plaza, and other communal structures. The town emploies a series of defencive earthworks, spikes, and fences to provide some protection against wild beasts and smaller groups of intelegent foes. Kstēokawe Se is led by one or more incompetents. While they must have been very good at something to have acquired the position, they are fundamentally incapable of leading. History

In time immemorial, reportedly some time during the early 2nd century, Kstēokawe Se was attacked by soldiers from another nation, with orders to raid Kstēokawe Se. The details of the conflict are hazy at best due to many conflicting accounts. What is known is Kstēokawe Se lost 294 people, 178 livestock, and 40 buildings. The conflict ended after roughly 100, when members of Kstēokawe Se's militia enacted an operation to destroy or capture a specific enemy hero. The operation was complicated by a key segment of the operation that deepened entirely on a stealth mission going perfectly. The conflict ended with pitched battle between both forces, which ended in victory for Kstēokawe Se's forces. The war is remembered in legend by Kstēokawe Se's bards, historians, and legend keepers.
